Highlights

Graphical User Interface (GUI)

New MOD Settings

Tenant configuration is now extended to allow additional MOD settings. Three new settings have been added:

Click Menu (on the top right) ➡️ Tenant-Admin ➡️ Configure Tenant

1) Force MOD: If this setting is true, a MOD must be selected when saving or approving a measurement.

2) Hide Global MOD: When this setting is true, global MODs are not displayed in the MOD drop-down list when editing a measurement.

  1. Display MOD Excluded Spots As Research Use Only: If this setting is true, the spots hidden by the MOD will be displayed as RUO in the Details and Array views of the measurement. (In the personal settings page, Research spots must be set to Show).

These new settings also affect some API endpoints (see the API section below).

Export Multiple Measurements Page Was Revamped

We have made some changes to make it easier for the user to search and export multiple measurements.

Click Menu (on the top right) ➡️ Exports ➡️ Export multiple measurements A single text field for searching multiple measurements (QR-Code/Product/Batch): Now the user can filter measurements using

the Product Code (two characters, e.g.: 02), the Batch (five characters, e.g.: 02ABC) or the QR-Code (eight characters, e.g.: 02ABC123)

  • Change of default values for Status / Interpretation / Result Sharing Portal

  • Date filters now include the selected (up to) date: when filtering using either the Analysis Date (to) field and/or the Approval Date (to) field, the search criteria will include all measurements analyzed/approved up to (and including) that date.

These filtering parameters were also changed in the API. Please see the corresponding section below.

More Information in Excel Exports

Excel exports of New and Approved measurements of ALEX², FOX, PAX now include two new columns to provide the same information as in the PDF report:

  • Feature name
  • Comon name
  • Scientific/Latin name

Also, the units have been added to the header of the values.

Report Corrections

We have detected that in ALEX² and FOX the Number of tested allergen sources was wrong since our last update showing the Number of tested allergens instead.

We have fixed the issue and now the correct number will be shown in every report of a measurement without a MOD applied.

Updated Agents

We have updated the Agents to the latest version of .NET.

In addition to including the latest security updates, these new Agent versions no longer require the .NET framework to be installed, resulting in a faster and easier setup routine.

QualityXplorer

Data collected in the field has shown that one allergen included in the QualityXplorer does not react according to previous data collected from in-house testing.

Bet v 6 showed abnormal behavior in several centers using QualityXplorer lot 2. Therefore, Bet v 6 has been removed from the list of allergens considered in the QualityXplorer.

The product composition remains unchanged, but the allergen was removed from the data points used to determine the performance of the assay.

Shutdown Button Skipping Clean Cycles

In the event of an incident where the Shutdown button is unavailable on the Dashboard page, users can rest assured that a Shutdown option remains accessible on the MAX Configuration page.

To further enhance our software’s responsiveness in critical situations, we have introduced an additional feature. Now, users can select the “Shutdown (skip clean cycles)” option directly from the drop-down menu. This function is specifically designed for emergencies requiring the pipettor to maintain its current position without initiating clean cycles.

We recommend users familiarise themselves with this update to ensure swift action when necessary.

Open Top Cover Action Improvement

In our continuous efforts to optimise the workflow and accelerate operational procedures, we have made a significant update. The priming step after requesting to open the top cover has been eliminated.

This change is applicable when the MAX is in the standby state or the manage inventory state, streamlining the process and saving valuable time. However, it’s important to note that when requesting to open the top cover in the volume inventory state, the system will operate as before, initiating the priming step. This ensures that the precision and integrity of our processes are maintained where necessary.

RAPTOR GUI

  • New MOD settings: A tenant can now be forced to select a MOD per measurement, to hide global MOD and to show MOD excluded spots as RUO.
  • Excel exports now include not only the “Feature Name” but also the “Common Name” and the “Scientific/Latin Name”.
  • The “Show all” button has been removed from the New Measurements and Approved Measurements pages.
  • Larger Excel import files, on the Measurement Data Completion page, can now be processed by RAPTOR Server.
  • Exports page: the “product” and “QR code” filters were replaced by a single text field, the default values were improved and date filters now include the selected (up to) date.
  • The CCD warning on PAX reports is now displayed correctly.
  • Greek language reports have been improved. Some formatting errors in capitalized titles have been corrected.
  • The "Number of tested allergen sources" in the Report was fixed.
  • Previous and Next buttons on the Measurement Array page now retain the filter applied on the Overview pages (New and Approved Measurements).
  • Agents have received a framework upgrade and MAX Agent is now available as a single package.
  • MAX Agent no longer crashes when performing multiple consecutive runs.
  • Result Sharing Portal user activity log no longer links to inaccessible measurements anymore.
  • Several services have received framework upgrades.

API

  • The API now supports permissions, and several endpoints now require specific access rights. Please reconfigure your API key if you receive a “no permission” error 403 response from the endpoint.
  • The GET / barcodeReplacements endpoint has been deprecated. Now there are new endpoints to manage QR-Code replacements.
  • The extended tenant MOD configuration (see GUI) can affect the response of various API endpoints.
  • Some parameters and default values have changed under the POST /measurements/export endpoint.

MAX 45k/9k

  • The priming step after request to open top cover has been eliminated when MAX is in standby or manage inventory state.
  • There are now two ways to shut down a MAX on the configuration page: normal shutdown or skipping clean cycles.
  • Recapturing a measurement now retains the correct QR-Code replacement.
  • It will no longer be possible to edit a previously recaptured measurement where the device type is unknown.
