Release Notes RAPTOR SERVER v1.24

Full List of Changes

RAPTOR SERVER GUI

  • Improved array visualization by keeping low-signal (negative) spots at their default defined position instead of placing them based on noise, resulting in a more consistent and natural-looking spot layout.
  • Reports now correctly use the configured time zone of the user or if available, the tenant, ensuring consistent and accurate time display.
  • Removed RUO spots from the allergen count in RAVEN² interpretation, ensuring a more accurate allergen count in results.
  • Emails now follow the user’s language settings or fall back to the tenant’s default report language if no user-specific language is defined.
  • Measurements with invalid ImageXplorer connections no longer have a link to the ImageXplorer configuration page.
  • Fox antigen names are now translated on the details and array pages.
  • Fixed an issue where the Cyclophilin cross-reactive group was missing in ALEX³ reports. The group is now correctly included and displayed when relevant allergens are detected.
  • Fixed an issue where the default tenant could become hidden after assigning additional tenants. The default tenant now remains visible automatically.
  • Fixed an issue where clicking the already selected allergen filter caused the list to re-sort unexpectedly. The list now remains unchanged when the active filter is selected again.

BACKEND

  • Improved the reliability of spot detection by accounting for slight variations in image scaling caused by minimal differences in camera positioning and chip alignment. The system now automatically adjusts spot positions based on device-specific parameters, resulting in more robust grid recognition and consistent analysis results across measurements.
  • Updated RAVEN and RAVEN² surveys to the latest .NET 10 Long Term Support version, improving performance and long-term compatibility.
  • Added support for MAX firmware 2.1.0, including handling of new parameters and warnings to ensure consistent system behavior.
  • Improved report security by rendering HTML content in measurement details as plain text instead of interpreting it.
  • Fixed an issue where redirects to the RAVEN² survey always enforced HTTPS. The redirect now follows the request scheme, ensuring compatibility with environments using HTTP.

API

  • Fixed an issue where unapproving measurements via API failed due to an incorrect image validation check. The API now correctly validates array images, aligning with the behavior in RAPTOR SERVER.
  • Fixed an issue where camera size information was not included when importing measurements via API. Camera sizes are now properly transferred, ensuring correct reprocessing of imported measurements.
  • Fixed an issue where the grouped allergens endpoint did not include ALEX³ allergen groups. The response now correctly reflects ALEX³ group definitions and numbering.
  • Fixed an issue where API keys could be deleted without proper validation. API keys are now only removed if they are not referenced in measurements or exports, ensuring data integrity.

MAX 9k / 45k

  • Updated the MAX Agent to .NET 10, improving compatibility with current systems and ensuring stable operation with updated dependencies.
  • Standardized User Agent headers are now included in internal API requests, improving traceability and providing better insights into system usage.
  • A valid CX scan is now required to start a QC sample scan on newly created MAX devices. Also applies to ImageXplorer devices.
  • Upgraded MAX Agent packages and MediatR to the latest supported versions to improve stability and compatibility.
  • Fixed an issue where automatic Agent updates from 32-bit to 64-bit could crash.
  • Fixed an issue where Agents installed using silent mode were automatically added to Windows autostart. Silent installations now align with standard installations and do not enable autostart by default.
  • Fixed an issue where QC samples could be assigned an incorrect tube type. QC samples are now consistently assigned the correct low-volume tube by default.

ImageXplorer

  • Updated the ImageXplorer Agent to .NET 10, ensuring compatibility with current dependencies and maintaining stable scanning and processing performance.
  • Fixed an issue where multiple ImageXplorer Agents could run in the background on the same PC, leading to duplicated measurements during scanning.
