Fabian, 13 years from Austria

• Fabian has developed additional sensitivities over the last 3 years.
• He now has allergies to grass pollen and fruit and shows significantly higher titres to animal foods and pets.
• In order to obtain an even more detailed picture of his sensitivities, it was decided to perform an ALEX³ test.
• ALEX³ showed that he has a primary allergy to chicken meat.

• Besides many other allergies, Fabian has primary chicken meat allergy
• Chicken meat should be strictly avoided as Gal d 7 is heat stable
• MADx is the only commercial provider to detect Gal d 7
• To mitigate the increase of Fabian‘s sensitisation profile, desensitisation is recommended where possible
